Hi, I’m Christine! For over a decade I’ve been capturing events and portraits for organizations across the United States. I know that every conference, gala, and leadership portrait session is an opportunity to tell a story—one that can strengthen your message, elevate your brand, and engage your audience. Whether I’m photographing a keynote address, a networking reception, or an executive portrait session, I bring the same focus: anticipating moments, reading the room—especially when your VIPs are present—and delivering imagery that’s polished, on-brand, and ready to use. My goal is to be a trusted partner who helps you create a visual narrative with lasting impact.

Once you have an outline of your event, we can craft a custom proposal based on the number of hours or days of coverage. I can also estimate travel expenses at this time to give you a complete estimate.

A 50% retainer is required to hold your date and the final 50% is due 2 weeks before your event.

Business collections and additional offerings

Conference & Event Coverage

Small events such as fundraisers, cocktails, award ceremonies and team building ranging from 3-6 hours. For events longer than 6 hours please look at full day coverage in collections below.

Small events

$500 per hour
4 hour minimum

For full day events  or multi-day conferences, there is a day rate to simplify coverage.  Focus can be on candid coverage, event highlights, and/or event experience with a mind toward images that can market your event for next year.  During our planning meeting, we will discuss what your specific needs are.

Branding & Headshots

Backed by over a decade of corporate graphic design experience, a branding  session goes beyond a headshot. These images tell the story of your brand and the customers you serve. They include portraits as well as tailored stock images and any other needs.

30 minute session designed to produce headshots suitable for LinkedIn, websites, or social media. Various aspect ratios and fascial expressions

Headshot Day

Have the entire office update their headshot to promote customer relationships and cohesive branding. I'll come to your office and every employee will receive at least one image (or more if you desire). Can be customized based on your needs.

Travel

Every portrait session or event includes up to 60 miles round trip of travel per working day at no additional cost. For projects requiring greater distances—particularly multi-day conferences or events—custom travel arrangements will be factored into your proposal.

If the location requires an overnight stay (for example, when I cannot return home by midnight or need to be on-site early the next day), lodging will be required. This can either be built into my proposal as part of the overall project cost, or your organization may arrange accommodations directly—often by adding me to the event’s room block.

For destinations involving flights or more complex travel logistics, I will prepare a custom travel plan to ensure I can arrive rested, prepared, and ready to cover your event with the same high standard of service.

Immediate or 24 hr turnaround

When you need images now, I offer two levels of rapid delivery.
Immediate turnaround means you receive select, polished images within minutes to an hour—edited on-site and sent directly to your social media or press team for real-time posting.

24-Hour turnaround means I edit that same night and deliver by the next morning, ready for inclusion in press releases, website updates, or post-event coverage. In both cases, these are preliminary edits for immediate use, with full retouching completed in your final gallery.

Rush Project Turnaround

When your entire gallery needs to be finalized quickly, a Rush turnaround ensures every image is fully retouched and delivered by your deadline. This is ideal for projects with time-sensitive publishing needs—such as a CEO announcement, printed materials, or conference wrap-up galleries. Because turnaround speed depends on the size of your gallery and your specific deadline, Rush pricing is custom-quoted for each project.

Extra Hours

Branding sessions, portrait days, and headshot events often benefit from extended time. Extra hours can be added when multiple outfits, varied brand backgrounds, or location changes are required—or when a large number of staff members need portraits in one day. This ensures every subject and setup receives the attention needed for consistent, professional results.

Professional Retouching

Every gallery I deliver receives meticulous professional editing—ensuring accurate color, flattering exposure, balanced composition, and thoughtful cropping for a polished, brand-ready look.

For clients who want to take select images to the next level, I offer premium retouching as an optional upgrade. This service is ideal for high-visibility portraits, executive headshots, or marketing images where every detail counts. Skin tones are refined, distractions are removed, and the final result is magazine-quality while maintaining a natural, authentic appearance. Premium retouching is outsourced to specialized artists and quoted individually based on the number of images and complexity of work.
